USHER
The 154ft /46.94m custom motor yacht 'USHER' was built in 2007 by Delta Marine. Previously named ‘Mr. Terrible’, the luxury yacht’s exterior design and styling and innovative engineering are the work of the Delta Design Group while the interior is designed by Juan-Carlos Espinosa.
Exterior Design
Built with a composite hull and GRP superstructure, USHER boasts sleek lines and a sporty demeanor. Generous outdoors spaces include a shaded aft deck with an alfresco dining setup, a more casual dining area and sunning opportunities on the bridge deck, and a hot tub and bar on the sundeck. There is also a fishing cockpit and a vast beach platform with a hydraulically operated swim ladder, making access into tropical waters as easy as can be.
Interior Design
A Polynesian theme combines exotic woods such as bubinga and wenge with the rich textures of leather, bamboo and beautiful stone. Custom-made glass pieces and lights add colour and interest to this tropical setting, which is unique among the global charter fleet.
Guest Accommodation
USHER's interior sleeps up to 12 guests in 5 elegant rooms, including an opulent master suite with a domed stained glass skylight, two VIP cabins with Jacuzzi tubs, two double cabins and an additional Pullman berth, perfect for accommodating children. Capable of carrying up to 10 guests, USHER ensures an extremely relaxed and enjoyable charter experience.
Onboard Comfort & Entertainment
From the stunning main salon, with its dining, lounge and bar areas, to the expansive deck spaces, which offer multiple alfresco dining and sunning opportunities, USHER is ideal for entertaining and socializing at both intimate and formal gatherings. She also boasts an ultra-modern AV system and a treasure chest of the latest water toys.
Performance & Range
With a custom semi-displacement hull and shallow draft, USHER travels with agility and speed. She is able to reach an impressive top speed of 23 knots and cruises at 20 knots, with a range of 2,700nm from her 55,965litre fuel tanks. Plus, a state-of-the-art stabilizing system promises a smoother, more comfortable experience on board the yacht when at anchor and when traversing rough waters.
Toys
Usher knows a thing or two about fun on the water, with an extensive selection of action packed water toys and accessories for you and your guests to enjoy whilst on charter. Take to the sea on the Jet Skis offering you power and control on the water. Additionally, there is a towable toy offering fun and adventure. Another excellent feature are waterskis that are hugely entertaining whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. If that isn't enough Usher also features scuba diving equipment, a seabob, wakeboards, kayaks, fishing equipment. When it comes to Tenders, Usher has you covered - with two tenders, including a 10.7m/35'1" Scout Tender.
Usher and her crew are available for charter this winter for cruising within the Caribbean. She is also accepting bookings this summer on request.
